This time of year can bring a lot of stress to the lives of people in the towing and recovery industry. Mother Nature has a way of changing plans in a matter of hours.

When you’re getting updates about something that’s happened, I’m sure you’ve been asked:“What do you want first? The good news or the bad news?”

I come from a large family — number five of eight children. I’ve been told that because of the four siblings before me I was not allowed to crawl.

I’m so impressed by each year’s Tow Times Shine ‘n Star winners. I know the truck owners are proud, but the manufacturers of these awesome pieces of equipment should also be proud to have their trucks in the magazine.
