West Virginia Tow Operator Succumbs to Injuries from February 14 Struck-By Incident

A West Virginia tow operator who was struck by a vehicle on the night of Wednesday, February 14, has succumbed to his injuries.
The Berkeley County Professional Firefighters Local 5045 reported that operator Kyle Stephens was struck on I-81 in Berkeley County.
Stephens was well-known in his community and regularly assisted the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department and others.
