Texas Tow Operator Struck and Killed by Vehicle — Intoxication Manslaughter Charges Filed

A tow operator died Tuesday, Dec. 10 in Irving, Texas after being struck by a vehicle on West State Highway 183.
Joshua Henao, 22, was on the right shoulder loading a vehicle on his tow truck at approximately 7:00 p.m. when a vehicle reportedly driven by Edgar Arturo Zavala-Asturias, 38, crashed into Henao and his truck.
Zavala-Asturias was treated for minor injuries and arrested for allegedly driving under the influence. He is charged with intoxication manslaughter.
