Move Over Law Enforcement in Southwest Iowa
On Monday, May 13, police in southwestern Iowa issued 120 citations while enforcing the state’s move over law on Interstate 29. Four law enforcement agencies joined in the three-hour project. The fine for move over law violation is $195.
