Houston Man Dies in Attempt to Prevent Vehicle Repossession

Authorities say a man died May 2 after he fell from his SUV as it was being repossessed in Houston, Texas.

A news report stated that a tow driver from Harris County Impound was repossessing the vehicle and the victim confronted the driver, jumped onto the SUV and fell as the tow truck driver drove away with the vehicle and delivered it to a storage facility.

The man, Alberto Nduli, 68, died of a head injury, a report said.

Police took the driver into custody. No charges have been filed.
