An Ohio tow operator was struck and killed Friday, April 7, alongside Interstate 275 in Ohio.

Operator Keith Skaggs, 38, was loading a disabled vehicle at approximately 9:30 p.m. in Anderson Township when a driver in a blue Dodge pickup, reportedly without lights on and traveling at a high rate of speed, lost control of the vehicle.

The pickup crashed into Skaggs’ tow truck, striking Skaggs and two other people at the scene who also died.

Police identified the two as Janaya Glover, 22, and Richard Glasser, 66.

Two other people received injuries.

Skaggs was a driver for AAA.

Excessive speed and impairment are possible factors in the crash, police said.
