Tow Operator Struck and Killed on Baltimore-Washington Parkway

A tow operator was struck and killed Saturday, October 4, on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway in Baltimore, MD.

According to reports, the yet-unidentified operator was loading a vehicle onto the bed of his truck in the southbound lanes at 12:47 a.m. when he was struck by a passing car.

The driver of the car remained at the scene.

The U.S. Park Police responded to the crash, as the parkway is operated by the National Park Service.
