Suspect Charged in Shooting of Indiana Tow Operator
A Missouri man is being held on charges including attempted murder, aggravated battery and neglect of a dependent.
According to the Indiana State Police, Joseph Jackson, 22, called them on March 25 when his vehicle had a flat tire on Interstate 70. Jackson had his 4-year-old daughter with him.
Tow operator Matthew Roberts, 38, of Curtis Wrecker Service responded, and loaded the vehicles on the tow truck.
