Pennsylvania Tow Operator Struck and Killed

A Pennsylvania tow operator was struck and killed Wednesday, August 16, on the Parkway West in Pittsburgh.
The crash occurred just before midnight, reports said.
Pennsylvania State Police said operator Husam Shuibat, 53, who worked Advantage Towing in Carnegie, had just secured a vehicle on his flatbed with his lights activated, and was getting back into his truck when he was hit by a vehicle driven by Hunter Crown, 23.
Crown is accused of leaving the scene. He was found by police after witnesses gave detailed descriptions of his vehicle and plate number.He was later arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.
The crash is being investigated.
