Off-Duty Officer Killed Tuesday While Loading A Vehicle

Tow Operator Down – Tommy Ray McKee, age 40, of Courtland, Miss., was killed roadside as he was loading a disabled vehicle on I-55. McKee apparently also was a police officer.
