Mississippi Tow Operator Struck and Killed

Tow operator George Spratley, 44, of Bovina, Miss., was killed Friday Feb. 12, while attempting to remove an accident vehicle from I-20 near Bovina in Warren County, Miss..
The Mississippi Highway Patrol (MHP) stated that Spratley was hit by a 2018 Toyota Tacoma that lost control on the icy interstate. The SUV struck the tow truck and Spratley.
The MHP is investigating the crash.
