A tow operator in Bakersfield, Calif., has died from a medical emergency while clearing a crash on Tuesday, October 4. The Bakersfield Police Department said the operator was working a minor injury crash at approximately 5:22 p.m. on Coffee Road north of Stockdale Highway when the operator died.
