Allstate Roadside was in full force at the first major industry event of the year, the Florida Tow Show in Orlando in April.

In addition to talking with hundreds of service providers and other industry players, Allstate Roadside presented educational seminars, hosted or co-hosted major events including a rally to promote Slow Down Move Over laws, and held a quarterly meeting with their Provider Network Advisory Council.

A key highlight each year is the annual announcement of the Allstate Roadside Ring of Honor Award, which recognizes exceptional service providers distinguished by fast response time and great customer service for customers of Allstate Roadside and affiliate programs.

This year, Allstate Roadside named Tierney and Earnest Jones of Trac 1 Towing as recipients of the 2021 Ring of Honor Award. Since joining the Allstate Roadside network in February 2018, Trac 1 Towing has achieved outstanding service levels while completing over 100 tows each week.

They’ve reinvested in their company and have steadily grown their fleet from four trucks in 2018 to eight light-duty trucks in 2022, and they’ve added medium- and heavy-duty capacity along the way.

“Allstate Roadside is a key part of our towing business and helps us take care of our drivers who really make all of this work. It’s easy to do business with Allstate Roadside, and that allows us to focus on customers,” said Tierney Jones.

Allstate Roadside believes that providers like Trac 1 and leaders like Tierney and Earnest are the heartbeat of our industry, and thanks them and all providers for what they do to serve customers and keep them safe.
