Alabama Tow Operator Dies from Injuries Received in July 29 Roadside Crash

Montgomery, Ala., police have confirmed that tow operator Richard Wilson, 53, has died from injuries he received when he was struck on I-85 near Forest Avenue on July 29.
Wilson, of Millbrook, Ala., was attempting to load a vehicle onto his tow truck when he was hit by a BMW at approximately 6:45 p.m.
The driver of the BMW was not injured, according to police.
Police continue to investigate the incident.
