Register for TRAA’s Legislative Action Workshop

The Towing and Recovery Association of America (TRAA) is encouraging attendees to register for the Legislative Action Workshop to be held in Washington, DC.

“Elections are over and legislators are setting their schedules for the Spring,” states a TRAA press release. “Meet with your legislators in DC, hear from legislative guest speakers, and work with your colleagues to promote legislative issues within your state.

“You need to be contacting your legislators now to get those meetings ‘on the books.’ If you wait, they may not be able to fit you in. Not to worry, TRAA is here to help. Upon registration you’ll get a meeting facilitation packet with instructions, insight, and tips.

“Attendees are encouraged to register by December 31, 2019 to allow time for scheduling these vital meetings. The sooner the better.

“All TRAA members and Affiliate State Association directors and presidents are welcome. Event registration is required and includes all events outlined in the schedule including high quality and unique speakers, Friday’s breakfast, a meet and greet and more.”

The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, which is in close proximity to the U.S. Capitol Building, Union Station, National Mall and more.
