Miller Industries Offers New Toolbox Option for the Holmes DTU

Miller Industries has announced a new toolbox option for the Holmes Detachable Towing Unit (DTU) that offers storage for attachments, tools, rigging and safety gear.

The new toolbox option is available as an add-on option when configuring a new DTU, or the toolboxes can be ordered separately to upgrade a current Holmes DTU Gen II. Along with having the appearance of a traditional heavy-duty wrecker, the toolbox option features six spacious toolboxes (three on each side) with manual locking latches. Also included are mounting brackets, junction box and wiring harness, taillights, toolbox lights and rubber fender flares.

“This has been an incredibly exciting project to be a part of and we successfully met our objective,” said John Hawkins, Vice President of Heavy-Duty Wrecker Sales for Miller Industries. “The goal was to keep cost at a minimum while significantly increasing the versatility of the Holmes DTU unit.” Hawkins continued.
