The Cuyahoga County Ohio’s prosecutor’s office has stated that the man who caused a March 18 crash that resulted in Ohio tow operator Ron Urbansky, 53, to lose part of his leg has pleaded guilty to multiple charges.

Roy Hollingsworth, 35, pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular assault, two counts of driving while under the influence and drug possession. He is to appear in court Dec. 19 for sentencing.

Police said Hollingsworth was driving 66 mph in a 35 mph zone when his vehicle struck Urbansky’s parked tow truck in Fairview, Ohio. The crash caused the tow truck to pin Urbansky’s leg underneath it. A portion of his leg later had to be amputated.
