Detroit Police Towing Operator Assists Motorist in Overturned Car

A Detroit Police Towing operator took action on April 9 when she came upon an overturned car that had been in involved in a traffic incident moments earlier on Davison Freeway.
On her way to tow call, Erin Reed saw a person in the vehicle and stopped her tow truck to assist.
The Michigan State Police arrived on the scene in minutes, and a captain with the Detroit Police Department commended Reed for her actions.
