Daniel L. Reynolds of Danco Products, Jerr-Dan Corporation Passes
The following obituary was posted by the Miller-Bowersox Funeral Home, Inc. in Greencastle, PA.He was President & CEO at Danco Products, in Greencastle. On January 1, 1973, when Dan took his assets from the Jerr-Dan Corporation to form Danco Products.
He was a member of Cornerstone Bible Church, Greencastle, Potomac Fish and Game, Williamsport MD. He was the former president of Greencastle Antrim Area Development Corporation and a former member of Greencastle Lions Club.
He enjoyed the outdoors, especially the time he spent working on the family farm, as well as hunting and fishing on the farm. He was a determined man who loved his family as well as his church family and his Danco family.
He and his wife of 49 years, Darlene (Davis) Reynolds, were married in 1973. In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons: William Reynolds and his wife, Jamie, Greencastle, and Robert Reynolds, Greencastle; three grandchildren: Jelissa, Zakary and Wesley Reynolds; one great-granddaughter, Journie; two sisters: Joyce Dehart, and her husband, Dennis, Mesa, AZ and Dorothy Deibert, Waynesboro, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Reynolds.
A Memorial service will be held at 10:00 A.M., on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Cornerstone Bible Church, 350 Madison St. Greencastle, with Pastor Jeff Ehko officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Bible Church, 350 W Madison St, Greencastle, PA 17225.
