Colorado Operators Join Procession for Colleague Shot by Man with Impounded Car

Dozens of tow operators from the Denver Metro Area gathered in Golden, Colo., to join a funeral procession for operator Paul Dakan, 36, who died December 15 after being shot by an assailant at the towing company where he worked.
Police arrested Victor Arena-Foote, 25, in connection with the shooting. According to police, Foote’s car had been impounded at Elite Towing in Denver, where Foote shot Dakan before driving his vehicle from the tow yard. Police later arrested Foote.
