Canadian Tow Operator Injured in Roadside Hit-and-Run

A tow operator in South Simcoe, Ontario, Canada, was injured after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday, Nov. 19.
Operator Andrew Cortes, 34, had loaded a disabled school bus onto a flatbed trailer and was standing next to his truck on Innisfil Beach Road when the vehicle hit him and fled the scene. He was treated for his injuries at a local hospital.
