Canada Tow Operator Injured on Roadside Asks Motorist to Use Caution

Fort Saskatchewan, Canada, tow operator Calvin Finnegan’s story of how he was struck on Highway 2 on December 2, 2018 appears on Fortsaskonline.
The operator was winching a vehicle stuck in the median when a semi-truck struck his tow truck and a second semi went into the median and hit Finnegan, who suffered fractured shoulder blades, a shattered arm, broken ribs, a punctured spleen and a collapsed lung. He has since been unable to work since and is focusing on recovery from his injuries.
Today he spreads the word for motorists to exercise caution when passing tow truck operators.
