Agero has officially completed its acquisition of Urgently, bringing together two leading roadside and mobility platforms to create a more connected, data-driven ecosystem.
The combined company now supports more than 150 million vehicles and 14 million annual service events across the U.S., using that scale to improve dispatch, arrival accuracy, and transparency for insurers, OEMs, fleets and mobility providers.
