AAA Offers Tow to Go for St. Patrick’s Day Weekend

To help keep impaired drivers off the roadways, AAA will again offer its Tow to Go program for the St. Patrick’s Day Weekend.
The free service, which offers an alternative to driving for motorists who have had too much to drink, began at 6 p.m. Thursday and will continue until 6 a.m. Monday.
For those who call for a Tow to Go tow, a tow truck will transport a driver and their vehicle to a safe location within a 10-mile radius. Due to COVID-19 protocols, there is a limit of one passenger per car, and appointments cannot be scheduled in advance.
The program is available for cities in Florida, Iowa, Michigan, North Dakota, Nebraska, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Colorado, North Carolina, Indiana and Georgia.
