Get Your Customer’s Attention

1950

Attracting the attention of your potential or existing customers is getting more competitive and expensive as technology grows. Companies have more ways to access potential clients through social media, direct mail or email. It’s important to be strategic when spending time and money on a marketing plan.

To help with your strategy:

  • Decide when to reach your audience. For example, email blasts are more apt to be read on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • What are you doing to capture their attention? Offer a solution to a specific problem they have or a service that’s unique.
  • Show the customer significance. People are bombarded with insignificant advertising, emails and other promotions. They’ll appreciate information about a product or service that is relevant to their needs.
  • Try different platforms. Not all your customers are on the same platform. Some are on Facebook, some prefer regular mail while others prefer Twitter or Instagram.
