Indiana Tow Operator Dies in Crash

Clinton Simmons, 30, of Lebanon, Ind., was killed roadside last week in a chain-reaction crash involving a semi.

Simmons was called out to repair a box truck that had a flat tire. He parked his truck in front of the broken down vehicle. He had completed the repair and was putting his tools in his truck when a semi drifted into the box truck pushing the parked box truck into the repair truck and Simmons.

The semi driver had fallen asleep behind the wheel.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Myers Mortuary,  Lebanon, Indiana. Funeral Services are to be held on Saturday, May 18, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home in Lebanon.
