Police Ask for Help in Case of Stolen Virginia Tow Truck

A stolen Virginia tow truck, buy information pills missing since Friday, troche March 18, healing has police offering the public a reward for any information leading to its whereabouts and a subsequent arrest, according to a report.

A 2006 Ford car carrier tow truck parked outside the Woodbridge home of a Ward’s Towing employee Friday morning was discovered missing after the worker, who received a call for a tow, went to the truck at 1:45 a.m.

Chrissy Ward, wife of one of the company’s owners, said the truck was locked when it was stolen, the report states. The missing tow truck is black with the company logo, which consists of a purple and pink triangle with grey wording, on its door. The words “Ward’s Truck Center” also appear in orange writing on the side of the flatbed portion of the vehicle. The truck has Virginia personalized tags “WARDS12.”

Ward’s management said they do not have any leads on where their truck could be, according to the report. Prince William police ask that anyone with information call Crime Solvers at 703-670-3700 or 1-866-411-TIPS. Callers do not have to give their names or testify in court and may receive a reward of up to $1,000 for information that results in an arrest.
